part two of the call...

Riley and I started the mission process together.  When we both came home for Christmas break we went over to the stake president's house together to have our interviews.  Except for the individual parts, we pretty much had our interviews together as he explained the whole process.  Our calls were sent in the same day, we both got that stomach dropping email the same day and we both were sent our calls the same time.  Riley resides in Hawaii currently so his letter had to cross the Pacific.  So on Thursday he received his mission call.  Riley opened his it by himself which meant that he would be telephoning us after telling Mom and Dad.  Around 11 we got the call from dad telling us that Riley would be calling us shortly.  Dad told us to get on gChat cause they wanted to see Quin and mine reaction and then he said that he wanted someone to film us.  Good thing they did cause it was worth it.  I think I was more nervous for Riley's call than mine.  I honestly felt like I was gonna pass out.  So we got on gChat and Jackson started filming.  Riley called and the rest of the scene played out like this...

and that is how it's done.  So glad I am going to have my brother there with me especially when we both get home.  Then we can talk together.  Love ya Riley and glad I get to share this experience with you.
